Q. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY BOOKING IS CONFIRMED?
A. After you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from SKYONE PARKING LTD.

Q. WHERE WILL MY CAR BE PARKED, IS IT SECURE?
A. Yes, your car is parked in a safe and secure car park which is 10 to 15 minutes from the airport.

Q. WHO WILL I HAND OVER MY VEHICLE TO?
A. You will be greeted by a SKYONE chauffer at the airport and they will take  your vehicle away to be parked in our secure parking area.

Q. HOW WILL I RECOGNISE SKYONE CHAUFFER?
A. Our chauffer will be wearing Skyone parking blue shirt, black trouser and black tie.

Q. ARE SKYONE PARKING DRIVERS INSURED?
A. Yes SKYONE PARKING drivers are fully insured and all drivers are trained to make sure safe return of your vehicle.

Q. WHERE WILL I HANDOVER MY CAR?
A. NORTH TERMINAL: go to upper level departures, stay in the right hand (cars only) lane and park at the far end on left side.

B. SOUTH TERMINAL: when you enter the terminal stay in lane for LOWER LEVEL and follow signs for the PASSENGER DROP OFF. Go through the tunnel and park on your right or left hand lay-by after two sets of traffic lights where you will be greeted by SKYONE chauffer.
